We do offer a 10 day money back guarantee on our drink products. Drink shot must be unopened and in original condition to receive fill refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds on all 21st century organic products are made under certain circumstances within 30 days of purchase, and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Please do not return product you have mostly used.

You must email sales@ebizmaterial.com and request a return authorization. Without an RA, your return will not get processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We are always happy to exchange product.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

We must receive the unused package before refunds can be finalized.

Since all of our other products are downloaded items, available as soon as payment is verified, we cannot offer a return on these items.

Unfortunately there are people out there that download the products and then ask for a refund. This ruins it for the honest ones. However if you have a problem with the download or the download does not work we will gladly work with you to resolve the problem. Just contact us by email as soon as possible and we will do everything possible to help.
