1. The Product Won't Download!

All downloaded products are in win zip form. Please visit one of the free links at the bottom if you do not have a way to download or unzip a file.

2. How Do I Pay For The Products?

All payments are through paypals secure payment page.

If you do not have a paypal account you may use the credit card option through paypal. Just follow the step by step instructions when checking out.

If you are using a credit card, you MUST own the card and we must ship to you at the card's billing address, or to your name at your preauthorized alternate address. WE WILL NOT SHIP TO ANY NAME OTHER THAN THE NAME ON THE CREDIT CARD; PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT ORDERS WITH BILLING AND SHIPPING INFO THAT DOES NOT MATCH.

We do not do C.O.D. orders of any sort.

3. How are products shipped?

Service provider is the USPS, FedEX, or UPS. When your order ships, you will receive an email that includes a confirmation or tracking number if applicable.

We strive to find the lowest shipping costs available.

All ebooks, software, audio/video, documents, graphics and resell packages are available for download immediately after payment is verified.

4. How soon will I receive my order?

Processing time for in-stock items is usually 1-2 business days. Standard delivery is averaging 3-5 business days; priority shipping is 2-3 days, and express delivery is 1-2 business days. Delivery times do not include processing time. If the item is not in stock, you will receive an email to inform you.

5. Is your website secure?

Absolutely! When you finalize an order on our site you're taken to our Shopping Cart pages on a very secure website at Yahoo!Shopping.

All personal information that you send and receive is encrypted when you click on an action (like Send or Submit).

Any personal information that you provide is held in the strictest of confidence. We will not share your e-mail address when you contact us, nor any of the personally identifiable information you include in any order or form that you send us.

We will not send you unsolicited e-mails. We will only contact you if necessary or as a courtesy to provide you with information concerning your order or about the products that you ordered.

6. What if I want to return an item?

We do offer a 10 day money back guarantee on our drink products. Drink shots must be unopened and in original condition to receive fill refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

All other products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase, and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Please do not return product you have mostly used.

You must email sales@ebizmaterial.com and request a return authorization. Without an RA, your return will not get processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We are always happy to exchange products.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

We must receive the unused package before refunds can be finalized.

Since all of our other products are downloaded items, available as soon as payment is verified, we cannot offer a return on these items.
